Exhibitors
|
Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration with their table. Any additional exhibitor attendees will be $400/person. The table will include 2 chairs and a basic electric outlet. Please contact our staff if you need additional power or other services. Exhibitors will be able to select their own table; which is subject to approval from the AFAA Staff.

Exhibitor Schedule:
- Exhibitor set-up is Monday May 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM.
- You must be set-up by 4:30 PM.
- Exhibitor tear down is Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM .
- Monday May 2, 2022: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Welcome Reception with Exhibitors
- Tuesday May 3, 2022: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Breakfast with Exhibitors
- Tuesday May 3, 2022: 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch with Exhibitors
